Process

How it works — from first call to fresh coolant.

Simple, predictable, professional. Every visit is scheduled around your production so your machines stay running.

Request a Quote

Call, text, or fill out the form. Send us your machine list and target service date. Same-day quotes on weekdays.

On-Site Assessment

For larger shops, we do a free walk-through to inspect tank sizes, access, and coolant type before quoting.

We Come To You

Fully equipped mobile rig arrives on time. Zero disruption to machines you're not servicing that day.

Clean, Flush, Refill

Pump-out, sludge vacuum, tank scrub, system flush, and refill to your target coolant concentration.

Report & Sign-Off

Written report of what we found, what we removed, and coolant concentration & pH readings on hand-off.

Service Day

What to expect when we roll up.

Our rig arrives with self-contained power, water, vacuum, and waste storage. We stage in your parking area or dock. Machine downtime is limited to the actual service window — usually under 90 minutes per sump. Everything is cleaned up before we leave.

  • We protect controls and ways before we start
  • Old coolant is captured and hauled off for compliant disposal
  • Chips are separated and left in your scrap bin, ready for recycling
  • Coolant refilled and mixed on-site to your target concentration
  • Written service report handed off before we leave
