Why Us

Not a vacuum truck. Not a weekend chore.

Most shops either clean their own sumps or call a general industrial cleaner. Here's how CNC-specialist service stacks up.

We're not competing with every industrial cleaner in Ontario — we're the option when you want a CNC-only sump service that respects production, tooling, and machine electronics.

FAQ

Quick answers for shop owners.

Why not just clean it ourselves?
You can — most shops do. The real cost is overtime, missed production, incomplete baffles, and disposing of waste correctly. We pull in with our own vacuum, power, and waste storage, finish a sump in under ~90 minutes, and hand you a concentration report so your skilled people stay on the machines.
How is this different from a vacuum truck?
A vacuum truck is great at pump-out. We go further: bare-metal scrub, chip/sludge from corners and conveyors, optional line flush, refill to your target %, controls protection, and a written hand-off. Built for CNC floors — not a general plant cleanup call.
How long is a machine down?
Usually under 90 minutes per sump for a standard tank clean and refill. Full system flushes can take longer depending on line layout and filter access.
Do you work weekends / after hours?
Yes — Fri–Sun and after 6pm Mon–Thu so you can keep production running during the day shift.
What happens to old coolant?
Used coolant is captured and hauled off for Ontario-compliant disposal. Chips are separated and left in your scrap bin when possible.
Which machines do you service?
Okuma, Haas, DMG Mori, Fanuc, Siemens and more. If it has a sump, we can clean it — verticals, horizontals, lathes, and multi-tasking machines.
Is there a minimum?
Single-machine jobs are welcome in Brantford / Hamilton. For farther GTA trips we may suggest combining machines or a multi-shop route day — just ask.
